Shipping & delivery
At Bohemian Cocoa we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here is what to expect:
NB: Shipping on sunny and warm days.
Chocolate products are not shipped when the temperature is higher then 20 degrees Celsius to ensure the quality of the products. We will inform you in a timely manner and if you like you can then cancel your order free of charge.
If you can’t wait until the weather cools off to receive your chocolate, you are welcome to visit our chocolate work place in Castricum to pick up your chocolate order.
You can also purchase our chocolate products in the stores who sell our products.
NB: Storing your chocolate products
When your chocolate products are delivered. We advise you to store the chocolate products at a temperature between 16 and 18 degrees Celcius. That way our chocolate products will stay at the highest quality.
Processing time
Orders are processed on Mondays and Thursdays. Every item ordered before Mondays or Thursdays 14.00 o'clock will be sent that day, provided that there is enough stock. If the product you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible or it is stated in the shop that the product can be backordered. The processing time may then take longer.
Delivery time
Depending on your location, delivery time may vary. Within the Netherlands you can usually expect your order within 2-5 working days after shipment. For international shipments, the delivery time depends on which country the order has to be sent to.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size and destination of your order. The shipping charges are clearly displayed at check-out and will be paid by the customer.
Track & trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the track & trace code so you can track and trace your package.
